Incoming orders are sent immediately to the examiner in the appropriate county. You will receive a confirmation via fax that your order was received.

Once the loan documents are received from the lender we are available for immediate closing. Documents can be receive via Fax, E-mail, or overnight service.

We are not bound by office hours or locations. We will close your loan at a location and time convenient to you, at no additional charge.
